How to Return or Exchange Your Product

Would you like to return or exchange a product? No problem — we’re happy to help.

You need to contact us first via email

Please send an email to info@nusarah.com including your order number and the reason for the return.

Nusarah Return Policy: 14 +14 days

At Nusarah, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will receive a full refund, including the original shipping costs. Return shipping costs from your address to our warehouse in the Netherlands are at your own expense. Please check your chosen carrier’s website for exact rates.

Note when returning mosquito nets

Our mosquito nets are hygiene products. You may take the net out of the packaging to inspect it, but it must not be used or hung. If visible signs of use are present, the right of return expires.

Make sure the product is returned complete, including

– Cotton storage bag
– Hangtag with barcode
– Complete mounting kit
– Fully completed return form

Note: If the mounting kit is missing or has been used, €5 will automatically be deducted from your refund.

Returns must be sent in the original box. Carelessly packed returns will be refused or incur deductions.

Return of other products (such as blankets and tassels)

Other products (such as blankets and tassels) must also be undamaged and clean. Signs of use, stains, hairs, or damage may result in deductions or refusal of the return.

Important notes

Products returned without prior notice via email will not be accepted.
The product and its packaging must be in original, undamaged condition, with the hangtag and barcode still attached.
Include the packing slip and the fully completed return form with your return shipment (see link below for more details).
Nusarah is not responsible for any package lost during the return process. Please ensure that your return is properly stamped and always traceable.
Attention! Returns sent to any address other than the one provided by us will not be received, accepted, or refunded.

Refund process

Once your return has been processed by us, we will issue your refund.
Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 days for the amount to appear in your account after we have processed the refund.
