Terms & Conditions

This document contains the general terms and conditions of Nusarah, an online store operated by Alondra Essence Group S.L. (B75814699, based in Madrid, Spain), hereinafter referred to as “Nusarah”. For customers in the UK, US, EU and outside the EU, Home Decor Trading B.V. (KvK 88928640) acts as the contact point and invoicing partner. These terms and conditions, hereinafter referred to as the “Conditions”, apply to all purchases made via the Nusarah webshop (www.nusarah.com).

By placing an order, you agree to the applicability of these Terms and Conditions to the agreement between you and Nusarah.

These Conditions set out the rights and obligations of both parties for your order of products through the Nusarah webshop. It is therefore important that you read the Terms and Conditions carefully. We recommend that you save or print the Terms and Conditions for future reference.

1. Information about Nusarah

2. Your Details

2.1 For smooth processing and delivery of your order, it is important that you provide your name, e-mail address and delivery address accurately and completely according to the instructions. The responsibility for the accuracy of these details lies with you. See clause 1 for Nusarah’s full contact information.

2.2 Nusarah will only use the data provided as stated in the privacy statement on the website.

3. Offer and Agreement

3.1 When you purchase a product through the Nusarah webshop, an agreement is established between you and Nusarah. This agreement comes into effect once Nusarah has sent a confirmation to the email address provided.

3.2 An agreement based on a clearly erroneous offer, such as an exceptionally low price, is not binding for Nusarah. Please contact us if you have any doubts about the validity of an offer.

4. Price and Payment

4.1 The price displayed in the webshop at the time of ordering is the total price, including any VAT (if applicable) and shipping costs. Costs such as import duties and taxes outside the EU are not included (see article 5.3).

4.2 Payments can be made via the payment methods available in the Nusarah webshop.

5. Order Processing and Delivery

5.1 Nusarah aims to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

5.2 Orders will be shipped to the address provided and via the shipping option chosen.

5.3 For deliveries outside the EU, local taxes and import charges may apply. These charges are beyond the control of Nusarah and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check for yourself whether the products ordered can be legally imported and what additional costs may apply. The customer must pay any import duties and taxes upon delivery.

5.4 Ownership of the products passes to the customer once payment is received by Nusarah.

5.5 Nusarah ships the products carefully packaged. Should an incomplete or damaged product arrive, please contact us.

5.6 Incorrect address provided by customer

EU deliveries: For returns due to an incorrectly provided address, Nusarah charges €25 for shipping and return costs incurred. This amount must be paid in advance before the parcel is reshipped.

Deliveries outside the EU: For returns due to an incorrect address, the total shipping and return costs will be charged to the customer.

5.7 Absence on Delivery

The customer is responsible for being present at the delivery address on the day of delivery. A shipping confirmation with track & trace link is automatically sent when the order leaves the warehouse. In case of absence on delivery, the customer is responsible for the delivery.

6. Quality

6.1 Nusarah aims to display products on the website as faithfully as possible. However, colour or material differences may occur.

6.2 Products such as mosquito nets, hammocks and blankets are susceptible to wear and tear from use. The lifespan depends on the material and intensity of use. Follow washing instructions for longer life.

7. Right of Withdrawal

7.1 At Nusarah, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without stating a reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund, including the original shipping costs. The costs for returning the product from your address to our warehouse in The Netherlands are at your own expense. For exact rates, please consult your carrier’s website.

7.2 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7.3 Nusarah will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after the return has been reported, provided the product has already been received in good condition.

7.4 If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, we ask you to return the product — if possible in its original condition and packaging — along with all accessories. If the product or packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to assess it, a depreciation fee may be charged. We therefore advise handling the product with care and packaging it securely when returning it.

7.5 In the event of defects or incompleteness, Nusarah reserves the right to deduct a corresponding amount from the refund.

7.6 Unannounced returns will incur a €15 administrative fee. Returns sent to the head office without prior notice will be refused.

7.7 Washed items cannot be returned.

8. Changes to These Conditions

8.1 Nusarah may change these Terms and will publish updates on the website. Please check regularly for changes. Orders placed before the amendment date will remain subject to the old Terms and Conditions. The last amendment took place on 28 May 2025.

9. Disputes

9.1 Nusarah is committed to high product quality and service. Complaints can be made in writing, or by e-mail.

9.2 After completing the complaints procedure, you can submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

10. Applicable Law

10.1 These Terms and Agreements between you and Nusarah are governed by Dutch law, excluding the Vienna Sales Convention.
