I have a gesso ceiling and it cannot stand that heavy load with normal plugs. I gave the feedback and the customer service promptly responded directing me for proper gesso ceiling plugs.

Exactly how it should be, but unfortunately, not every company operates this way. Here, everything was handled as promised. Very happy with the great customer service.
