What do customer reviews really say about quality?

In a world of quick clicks and anonymous webshops, stars and numbers are often the first things you look at. At Nusarah, we are incredibly proud of our average score of 9.5 on Kiyoh (based on more than 100 honest reviews) and the fact that 96% of customers recommend us.

But a number is just a number. What truly touches us – and what is much more important for you as a new customer – are the stories behind the reviews. Because what does someone actually mean when they say: “Good quality”? Is it just the fabric? Or is it also the feeling you get when you open the box?

And because Nusarah is sold worldwide, those numbers tell an international story. From Paris to Berlin, from Amsterdam to America, and from Switzerland to Portugal: what does “quality” mean in different languages?

We dove into the hundreds of reviews we received over the past year. This is what our customers worldwide tell us about the true meaning of quality.

1. Quality is: Craftsmanship

The word that appears most often in your reviews is ‘fabric’. Many people are used to cheap mosquito nets that feel like synthetic mesh. The surprise is therefore great when a Nusarah package is opened.

It is the first physical introduction to Nusarah, and we want it to feel just as good as the first night under your new mosquito net.
